Get ready for the summer season! A lot of us forget to take care of our bodies during the winter. We eat more than we should during the holidays’ special occasions and exercise less. Some useful tricks you can try:~Hydrate your skin to make it look smoother and more supple by drinking lots of water. ~Eat foods high in fiber such as fruits, veggies and salads to make you feel full faster. ~Exercise at least 3 times a week and get all body parts moving. Ride a bike, go walking, dance, or do aerobics regularly.
