Cruising in the hi-way riding a big powerful bike is the dream of many. Unfortunately, riding a motorcycle can be dangerous. Even accidents not your fault can be fatal. Also, even non fatal accidents can be very painful. A simple fall can cost road rash and broken bones. You can do little to prevent bone breaks during a crash but you can avoid road rash. To prevent road rash, wear leather motorcycle clothing. If motorcycle leather jackets make you over heat, wear leather motorcycle vests instead.

Leather motorcycle vests will not protect you like a leather jacket can but it can protect your torso from road rash. It also will make you look cool. Just make sure you have the body to wear it. Beer belly just doesn’t look good with a leather vest. If you have a beer belly, you won’t look cool but you’ll look tough. That’s good enough for most people.
