hard hat

Most boys from the west grow up playing with their construction trucks. My son, who is two years old, knows the difference between a dump truck, pay loader and a mixer. To complete his look when he plays with his toys, I got him a miniature hard hat. Hard hats are a must in any construction site. Near my house there is a construction site. The sign says, no hard hat no work.

When working on a construction site, you have to wear a hard hat. You’ll never know when the grim reaper has your number. I once saw in the news of a guy who died because a brick fell on his head. Another story told of an accident where a portable concrete mixer fell on two people. They died instantly. Of course a hard hat didn’t save them but at least their head is intact. At least, I think so.
