Enhance your nighttime slumber by setting an evening ritual. Take a long, warm bath after a tiring day. Surround yourself with aromatherapy candles to dispel any stresses and negative vibes. Dim the lights and play soft music before you hit the sheets. And put on a nice sleeping garment you can wear to bed for the night.

Sleepwear is usually a comfortable garment that doesn’t restrict movement. Some women are satisfied with just a long t-shirt or flannel pajamas.
